Returns & Refunds Policy

At TREADIME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@treadime.com.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. Returns

  • Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unused condition.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3. Refunds

  • To request a refund, customers must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) showing that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the claim is approved, we will:

    • Send a replacement item at no extra cost, OR

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., “no longer want” or “don’t like the product”), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items not returned in original condition or without proof of purchase.

6.Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
